GPS Vehicle Tracking
Global Positioning System (GPS) is a constellation of 24 satellites
orbiting the earth.
These satellites use radio signals to broadcast location information.
A GPS tracking device (GPS receiver) on the ground picks up the signals from the satellites
to determine the location of an entity anywhere in the world and gives parameters like
time, latitude, longitude, altitude etc.,
Vazhikaatti is a GPS Enabled tracking service which can be used for
tracking fleets and assets.
Yes, Vazhikaatti has both hardware and software components. A
VAZHIKAATTI GPS enabled hardware device will be installed on your vehicle.
This device will have preset configurations to send location
details to the state of the art Vazhikaatti software server. The Vazhikaatti software server then
will process the data and present the vehicle details through web, SMS and mobile view.
May be not. But it is better to have a computer with a broad band
connection of atleast 256 kbps to enjoy the full benefits of vazhikatti like vehicle
management, route history map and a lot of other informative reports.
